She began her career in the field of forensic science after graduating from Baylor University where she worked as a Crime Scene Investigator at the Greensboro (NC) Police Department and the Waco Police Department. After sifting through the aftermath of crime scenes, she jumped at the opportunity to be proactive in fighting crime when the Waco Police Department added two Crime Analyst positions. Her background and working knowledge of Waco imparts added value in helping offer the community an enhanced quality of life. |
Isaac MendezEl Paso Police DepartmentIsaac Mendez transitioned from working at a community college reading department to doing crime analysis for the El Paso Police Department in 2000 when the police department civilianized their crime analysis program. Initially working in a region directly adjacent to the border with Mexico, he later transferred to the biggest region in the city, where he’s been the sole analyst assigned to that region since. When he’s not at work, Isaac enjoys helping non-profits and different organizations with their social media and marketing needs. Isaac is a Senior Crime Analyst and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Sul Ross State University. |
