Let’s get organized with rosters, intelligence packets, link charts, and more! Let a self-described “folder-happy” Intelligence Analyst describe some of her best practices of keeping organized and up to date on that case that “never seems to stop growing.” We will go over rosters to keep track of all of our players, the intelligence packet template, and how to build a link chart to understand how our players are relevant and related.
Jennifer Clausen
Jennifer is an intelligence analyst assigned to the Real Time Crime Center at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Jennifer has been an intelligence analyst for (almost) 8 years, starting her career with the Multi-Agency Narcotics Task Force, rotating into the Gang Intelligence Unit, and then moving into the Real Time Crime Center upon its opening. Jennifer also serves as a volunteer analyst for the Crisis Negotiation Team and rides with the team during a call out.
TXLEAN was formed in 2017 as an incorporated entity in Texas and is affiliated with the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA).
