In this webinar Jennifer and Tricia will talk about the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Real Time Crime Center. They will talk about what a Real Time Crime Center is and how they operate and support all the divisions of the sheriff's office. 

Jennifer Clausen, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office

Jennifer is an intelligence analyst assigned to the Real Time Crime Center at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.  Jennifer has been an intelligence analyst for 6 years, starting her career in the narcotics division, rotating into the Gang Intelligence Unit, and then moving into the Real Time Crime Center upon its opening.  Jennifer also serves as a volunteer analyst for the Crisis Negotiation Team and rides with the team during a call out. 

Tricia Hortman, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office

Tricia is an intelligence analyst supervisor assigned to the Real Time Crime Center at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Tricia has been an intelligence analyst for 6 1/2 years, starting her career in the Gang Intelligence Unit, rotating into the Homicide/Violent Crimes Division, and then the narcotics division. In 2018, the Montgomery Sheriff’s Office established the RTCC where Tricia has since served as the analyst supervisor. Tricia has 17 1/2 years of Law Enforcement Communications experience as well.
